Bryan Stevenson is the
one responsible for all
those low notes that you
hear. As the bass in the
group, Bryan follows in
the footsteps of his father,
Bush, in carrying on the
tradition of ministry
through music that was
started in their family over
thirty years ago.
As baritone for the quartet,
Mike Bradshaw is rarely
found in the spotlight; but
his ability to deliver those
solid notes and tight
harmonies when needed,
is essential to the unique
sound of the group.
Making their home in
Winchester, Kentucky,
Mike and his wife are
extremely active in their
local church where they
are a blessing to others as
they utilize their God-given
talents in His service.
Kevin Willis is at the other end of the keyboard and sings
the high tenor for the group. Kevin is currently serving as
Minister of Music at the First Church of God in Mount
Sterling, Kentucky. Kevin, also, grew up singing and loving
Southern Gospel music. His father, Gordon, and his mother,
Velma, have been worship leaders in their home church for
over thirty-five years. For many years, Kevin and his family
sang and traveled together as they shared the gift of music.
As lead singer, Rick Melton, creates that signature sound that audiences have come to
recognize as unique to Common Bond. Growing up in Middletown, Ohio, from a very
young age Rick loved to sing. Over the course of the last thirty years, he has sung in
multiple groups and recorded several albums; always coming back to his favorite style:
Southern Gospel. Rick's sense of humor and easy smile immediately put audiences at
ease and before long they are drawn into the stories of Rick's day-to-day experiences as
he shares the Gospel with almost everyone he meets.
